We use Poslaju & City Link Express courier which usually ships within 2-5 days. The shipping fees are based on the product's weight and dimension. The customer is responsible to track their own given tracking no. from the respective courier websites. All the stocks we have in hand are 100% in perfect condition, however when we send out through the courier company we do not have any control whatsoever of the handling of the parcel by the courier companies staffs. Hence we are not responsible for your parcel during shipment transit.
